We put them to test and it turns out that the reference of this lamp is not the same as the samples they sent us.
Their first 10 samples had the ref ZC-MO3808 (the same reference as your lamp)

The 100 received yesterday from Shenzhen Enjoy Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. have the reference ZC-MO3736 and the light is warmer, 2700K apparently. This difference in color temperature suits us perfectly and we will prepare a module with these lamps.

The 10 lamps you sent us have the reference ZC-MO3808 (4000K). Can you provide us with 3500 lamps with this reference (ZC-MO3736)?

of course we tested on the device, and it does not work or very very badly. And no, the 2 references are different, the 3808, the one that suits us has a filtering capacity (capacitor) of 1 microfarad while the 3736 has a capacitor of 2.2 microfarad (see the photos) Which makes all the difference and makes it unsuitable to our application and incompatible with the device.
in fact, our device must be able to display 24 images per second, which it does very well with the 3808.
the excessive filtering of the 3736 causes the lamp to have too much inertia and to turn on and off too slowly. which makes it incompatible and unusable with our application.
We tested very seriously for several months and ordered several different lamp samples before making our decision.
While we had agreed on this model 3808, (see our discussions preceding our order) you sent us 3736s that did not comply with our request, our needs, which are useless to us, we had nevertheless insisted on this do.
Where does the error come from? at the time of manufacturing or shipping?
We deliberately did not want to rush this order to avoid this type of problem and to ensure that everything goes well.
And the worst thing happens that we wanted to avoid.
We cannot equip our device with these lamps and must therefore stop manufacturing, which puts us in great difficulty with our customer. We risk a breach of contract.
At the moment we have no other solution to resolve this problem than exchanging these 3736 lamps with 3808 lamps.

sorry for the delay in responding but it was the Easter weekend, the technician was gone.
We did tests all day, but without any real results.
This is not a power problem, as I explained to you, the machine supports from 2W up to 15 W. The problem is that the MO3736 lamp has a capacitor, 2.2 MF which filters too much and slows down the lamp, the MO 3808 has a 1 MF capacitor which is perfect and suits us, this is why after long tests we chose this lamp and we ordered this reference from you.
The MO3736 turns on and off too slowly for our application and machine. We can’t do anything about it.
Today we removed the 2.2 capacitor on a MO3736 and put in a 1MF capacitor and the lamp worked perfectly like a MO3808.
We don’t understand why you sent us 3736s instead of the 3808s ordered, even though we had made it clear to you that it was this MO3808 that was suitable?
Furthermore, in the set of lamps there are lamps of different colors (warm and cold, see the photo) and there is no question for us of mixing these lamps.
Having no solution other than exchanging the lamps, we must announce to the customer that we will not be able to deliver the device on time and delay delivery for at least 3 months, while we receive the new 3808 lamps.
Frankly, we are very disappointed by this situation, although for our part we have done and taken the time to ensure that everything goes well.

Yesterday we dismantled one of the 3736 lamps from the 3500 shipment and removed the 2.2 MF capacitor and put a 1MF capacitor in its place, the lamp worked perfectly at the same speed as an MO3808.
We still don’t understand why, you sent us MO3736s that were useless for us and too slow, instead of the MO3808s ordered. We made it clear to you in November that it was only this MO3808 that was suitable?
In the batch of 3500 lamps there is a mixture of lamps of different tones (warm and cold, see the photo) and aesthetically it is not possible for us to mix these lamps on the machine.

Here is a video of the test, the two lines of lamps at the top are 3808 with a 1 MF capacitor, they work perfectly at the right speed.
The next two lines (3 and 4) are ZC MO3736 with filters that are too strong (2.2 MF) which slow down switching on and off, producing light trailing that is incompatible with our application.
With the MO3808 we can pass 25 frames per second, with good fluidity. With the MO3736 we do not exceed 5 frames per second, and this produces a visual mush because the images mix.
this is why we tested and chose the 3808.
Furthermore, in the 3500 lamps there are batches of warm light lamps and cold light lamps and we need homogeneity of tone.

Electronics and technicians did everything they could. Our devices can work from 3 to 15W and up to 100 frames per second. But the ZC-MO3736 lamp does not exceed 6 frames per second. The ZC-MO3808 works perfectly at the right speed and power, thanks to its 1 MicroFarad capacitor, its 2 Kohm resistor and its 3W power.

the dimmable chips board is according to M3808, We check the testing report is 4.8W , so our production list wirte is 5W . and factory then use 2.2uf ,it is more stable watt and prolong life span
